   I know little about Obama—I don’t read past the headlines for American politics—-but I think your cartoon expression is great.

   The story behind the cartoon is that Obama, while in the illinois legislature, called out present quite often when a vote was called. Three choices were availlable, yes, no and present. It was his prefered choice. Thus the cartoon expressing his prefered choice.
