Well here it is one week after my operation. Getting around a bit but still under a lot of activity restrictions. Oh my, and I so much want to vacuum and do some cleaning and go for long walks on cold days 😉
It has only been during the last two days I have been able to spend more than a few minutes sitting at the computer. Ah, bending at the waist, sitting upright, is so much more enjoyable. Not that I have anything in particular to write. Just to know I can. By January I will be able to drive the car. Might even be able to do something or go somewhere… I hope.
So am I writing to say something special? Nope! Like the commercial for Lotto 6/49… because I can.
Hey Joe, I’m glad to see ya’ just writin’ on the computer—-that’s a sign you’re recuperating. Gonna be snow tomorrow—maybe you can sit comfortable, look out the window ( without bending at the waist ) and watch the wonders of nature—-might even see a sqirrel run along the hydro wire—now, that’d be feat for either of us. Often wondered about that guy that crossed Niagara Falls on a tight rope—even did it with someone else on his shoulders. Wonder what inspires some people to do things like that ? Why would God gift someone to do that? Wonder what His purpose would be in inspiring the guy to do it ? Hey, I’m getting carried away—don’t have a clue where I’m going—-maybe I’m there—-I quit. Just one thing more—I’m keepin’ on keepin’ on praying for you.
Blessings, my friend
