Finally, wordpress has put together a blogging system that will take the stress and confusion out of the upgrade process. They usually come up with patches and improvements so often that I started to download and upgrade once in a blue moon. Today… tah dah… this upgrade allows me in the future to upgrade by clicking only one link… poof… everything is done. I like the new user interface they have so I can admin my way to nirvana… well maybe not quite that good. Now to wait and see. It will be interesting to try it out. Next upgrade… click and be awed… I hope.
No intelligent comment. Can’t be intelligent about something of which you know tiddelley winks. I don’t like wordpress—at least the way Diane Elms has it set up. It’s the weirdest site to try and navigate. Nuff said !
I know what you mean. I followed the link you gave to Diane’s blog. When I got there they wanted me to sign in. She has it set up a little more tightly than I have. That’s the point of having your own copy… you decide everything… how open or closed… how easy or hard… That is one of the reasons I chose wordpress.
Now if your comment is also about how easy it is to navigate her whole site? Well, it is easy to make a mess of things. Takes a lot of forethought to design a site well. I hate looking at the bell or rogers site for that very reason. You can spend an hour trying to find basic info.
Hopefully my complete site isn’t too hard for people to find what they are looking for.
No problem with your site Joe. All around, it’s the easiest of all the blogs I follow. Kudos !!!
