The duty of the chairman is to make sure that all three groups are working together. The three groups are moving toward the same goal. The founder is to give definition to the vision and the chairman to keep the integrety of the vision true.

The duty of the vice-president is to make sure that all of the deacons are working together. That all senior members are moving toward the same group goal. To keep the integrety of the good works inline with the vision.
The duty of the treasurer is to make sure that all of the resource personnel are working together. That all senior members are moving to the same group goal. To keep the financial integrety, security of property and resources, to bring about the vison.
The chairman, president, vice president, treasurer; make up the vision integrety team and are responsible for setting of the overall direction for the achievement of the vision.
The above group with the directors are responsible for the smooth interchange of spiritual guidance, good works, and resources for the fulfilment of the vision.
